Associate Attorney needed for Dallas office

Duties:

• Conduct consultations with potential clients and provide legal advice
• Perform in-depth legal research to support ongoing cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys to ensure case progress
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
• Manage administrative tasks related to legal matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Strong litigation experience, with the ability to handle complex legal matters
• Strong negotiation and client service skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Texas Bar membership

Skills:

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with personal injury and family law litigation
• Experience in drafting legal documents and case management
• Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Trial experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken
