Duties:

  • Manage all phases of family law cases, from initial consultation to final resolution.
  • Represent clients in court, providing strong advocacy in matters such as divorce, custody, and support.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and client needs.
  • Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to build effective legal solutions.
  • Independently litigate cases, serving as lead counsel in trials.
  • Maintain client communication and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend court hearings and mediations as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in family law (preferred but not required).
  • Demonstrated courtroom experience and the ability to handle litigation.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Colorado Bar License (required).
