This role is ideal for candidates with significant litigation experience who are eager to engage in a wide range of legal work within the aerospace sector. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to represent clients in various stages of litigation, working closely with a talented team of attorneys.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in all aspects of litigation, including court hearings, case management conferences, and discovery processes.
  • Perform oral and written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in both state and federal courts.
  • Engage in active motion practice and oral advocacy in the courtroom.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and consultation to clients.
  • Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated case handling.
  • Potential for involvement in aviation-related legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or government setting.

Education:
