Mid-level Antitrust and Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Boston is seeking a Mid-level Antitrust and Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in antitrust and class action defense litigation. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience with Federal Court litigation, along with an excellent academic background and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills. Bar admission is required for the jurisdiction of practice.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist in the preparation of discovery requests and responses.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in developing case strategies.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
• Provide timely updates and communication to clients and internal team members.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing for the jurisdiction of practice.
• 3-5 years of experience in antitrust and class action defense litigation.
• Preferred significant experience with Federal Court litigation.
