Civil Litigation Attorney

A law firm is seeking a civil litigation attorney for its location in Blandon, PA. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation and will be responsible for managing all phases of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution. Job Overview: The Civil Litigation Attorney will manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, providing legal advice and representation to clients while striving for favorable outcomes through negotiation, litigation, and advocacy.

Duties:

• Conduct a thorough investigation of cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct discovery, including depositions and document production
• Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, trials, and appeals
• Communicate effectively and promptly with clients and staff
• Negotiate settlements and other resolutions
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Manage case files and deadlines with organization and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Valid Pennsylvania attorney's license
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Proven track record of successful case management and courtroom advocacy

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Valid Pennsylvania attorney's license
