Duties

  • Represent clients at public hearings and administrative proceedings
  • Engage in general litigation, including briefing and oral advocacy
  • Conduct research and review development feasibility

  • Draft land use applications and related legal documents
  • Collaborate with team members while managing individual projects

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate, environmental, or land use law, including litigation
  • Oregon State Bar or Washington State Bar admission or eligibility for immediate reciprocity

Education

  • JD from an ABA-accredited institution

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Oregon or Washington State Bar
