Job Overview:

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, legal assistants, and fellow attorneys to provide high-quality legal services and representation. Duties:

  • Represent individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court, USCIS, and the Board of Immigration Appeals
  • Prepare and file defensive immigration applications (I-589, 42A, 42B, I-485, SIJS, PD requests)
  • Review and submit USCIS filings, including I-130, I-601A, U-Visa
  • Conduct client consultations to develop legal strategies and provide expert analysis
  • Manage a team of paralegals, ensuring adherence to client service expectations
  • Draft and submit legal briefs for a wide range of immigration cases

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in immigration law
  • Proven ability to manage legal cases independently and advance them through to completion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative legal team
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Familiarity with case management software is preferred

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the United States

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law and in good standing with a state bar

Skills:
