Job Overview: A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm, and possess strong academic credentials from a well-recognized law school. The role requires superior research and writing skills, practical case management abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.
  • Provide timely and accurate work products while meeting deadlines and firm expectations.
  • Foster positive relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extended computer work, virtual conference calls, and meetings as required.
  • Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment, ideally exposed to complex cases.
  • Demonstrated case management experience.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Sound business judgment and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking.
  • Ability to influence others and effectively communicate persuasively.
  • State Bar admission in Pennsylvania.
