Job Overview
A law firm seeks a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to support its growing legal team. This fully remote position focuses on litigation, creditors’ rights, insurance subrogation, real estate matters, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, as well as experience handling various stages of litigation, from drafting pleadings to courtroom appearances. Duties

  • Draft, review, and sign legal pleadings and correspondence.
  • Prepare and respond to motions, discovery requests, and legal research assignments.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including law and motion hearings.

  • Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal legal standards.

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in California (required).
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Admission to practice law in additional states such as Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, New Mexico, or Massachusetts is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
