A law firm seeks a driven litigation attorney with a passion for real property-related disputes. This role provides the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including property conflicts, landlord-tenant issues, title concerns, and contractual disputes. Manage a varied caseload of real estate litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other key documents.
Work alongside senior attorneys to formulate case strategies, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court.
Engage in clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Stay informed on changes in real estate law and emerging litigation trends to provide innovative legal solutions.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Colorado State Bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation (real estate litigation preferred).
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to efficiently handle a dynamic caseload and meet deadlines.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
Active Colorado State Bar membership.
Real estate litigation and property dispute resolution.
Legal research and drafting.
Negotiation and litigation strategy development.
Courtroom advocacy and case presentation.
Client communication and case management.
