Duties

• Manage a varied caseload of real estate litigation matters.

• Stay informed on changes in real estate law and emerging litigation trends to provide innovative legal solutions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar and in good standing.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation (real estate litigation preferred).

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to efficiently handle a dynamic caseload and meet deadlines.

• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
