Duties:

  • Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis on immigration law and related matters.
  • Draft detailed legal briefs, memoranda, and other necessary documents for Circuit Court submissions.
  • Prepare clear, precise, and persuasive legal arguments and statements.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure the accuracy and quality of legal documents.
  • Review and edit legal documents for coherence, clarity, and adherence to legal standards.
  • Independently manage multiple cases, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Attend team meetings and provide updates on case progress and new projects.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned based on team needs.

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in legal research and writing, with a preference for immigration law experience.
  • Familiarity with Circuit Court procedures and legal frameworks.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Certifications:

  • Active law license to practice in good standing.
