Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil antitrust litigation, investigations, and enforcement matters.
  • Provide counsel on DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations and criminal enforcement.
  • Collaborate with enforcement agencies to develop case strategies.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, motions, briefs, and filings related to antitrust cases.
  • Analyze and interpret complex legal issues involving antitrust laws and regulations.
  • Advise clients on antitrust compliance and strategies.
  • Handle a variety of civil and criminal enforcement matters for clients across different industries.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in antitrust law (preferably from law school class years 2018 to 2022).
  • Strong familiarity with civil litigation, DOJ/FTC investigations, and criminal enforcement matters.
  • Experience interacting with enforcement agencies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on complex cases in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic performance.

Certifications:

  • An active member in good standing with the State Bar of California or eligibility to waive into the Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
