Duties

  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements.
  • Oversee and manage leasing transactions for various property types.

  • Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance for real estate transactions within specific industries, such as convenience stores, family offices, and renewables (preferred).
  • Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, stakeholders, and clients in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years with sophisticated experience working on real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, real estate joint ventures, and due diligence related to such transactions.
  • Skills:
    • Strong legal research and drafting capabilities.
    • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Academic Credentials: Strong academic background demonstrating excellence.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in the state of Texas or eligibility for immediate admission.
