• Collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff on case management.
• Maintain organization and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Maryland is required.
• Admission to other jurisdictions such as Washington, D.C., Virginia, or Pennsylvania is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Experience with personal injury defense, property damage claims, products liability, and construction litigation is preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a demanding caseload.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Maryland.
• Admission to additional jurisdictions (e.g., D.C., Virginia) is advantageous.
