A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to represent governmental entities and public agencies across Southern California. This role focuses on municipal law, public code enforcement, administrative law, land use, and community preservation. Duties

  • Attend city council meetings and public forums to advise city staff and government officials.

Requirements

  • Active California Bar membership in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of municipal law experience or 7-10 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with an approachable and confident style.
  • Exceptional research and writing abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active and valid membership in the California Bar.
