Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake to conclusion, including trials and settlements.
• Engage in client communication to keep them informed and provide legal guidance.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions, ensuring preparedness for trial.
• Lead mediations and negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Develop case strategies, tailoring approaches based on case details and client needs.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients at trial as first-chair attorney.
• Collaborate with a nationwide network of attorneys and legal support staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Proven track record as a first-chair attorney in jury trials.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
• Expertise in drafting and responding to motions.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Remote work is possible for top-tier candidates; preference is given to candidates willing to work in office.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
