Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
  • Expertise in drafting and responding to motions.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
  • Remote work is possible for top-tier candidates; preference is given to candidates willing to work in office.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
