A law firm in Harrisburg, PA, is currently seeking a Mid-level Antitrust and Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in antitrust and class action defense litigation. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience with Federal Court litigation. Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, coupled with an excellent academic background, are essential. Bar admission is required for the jurisdiction of practice.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis pertaining to antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.
  • Prepare and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
  • Manage discovery processes, including document review, production, and responses.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties involved in the litigation process.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity or examination.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in antitrust and class action defense litigation.
  • Preferred significant experience with Federal Court litigation.
  • Strong academic background with coursework relevant to litigation practice.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity or examination.
