Associate Attorney

Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will have the ability to assume a waiting caseload of complex matters, draft complicated pleadings and legal memoranda in a clear and concise fashion, and be an exceptional collaborator with other members of the firm. Should have software and Internet proficiencies and the ability to integrate new technologies quickly. Must be proficient with Windows applications, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Should be an active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.

The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated and well-qualified lawyer who is principally committed to exceptional client service. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Should have a high level of integrity and work ethic, including strict adherence to confidentiality in all firm matters. Must have desire and commitment to growing the firm. Should be able to think critically and strategically. Must be self-directed and independently motivated to complete work and accomplish tasks. Should have a willingness to participate in shared office duties and requirements.
