The ideal candidate will have up to five years of experience in civil defense litigation, with a strong analytical background, research skills, and proficiency in both written and oral advocacy. Provide legal representation in general civil defense litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Assist in preparing and managing cases for trial, including depositions and discovery.
Participate in court appearances and hearings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategies for case resolution.
Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
Up to five years of legal practice experience in civil defense litigation.
Admitted to practice in Delaware at the time of hire.
Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities.
Comfort and experience in oral advocacy.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the firm.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Must be admitted to practice law in Delaware at the time of hire.
