Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other case-related documentation.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage and prioritize a diverse portfolio of litigation cases.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, judges, opposing counsel, and all other involved parties.
• Participate in case planning and strategic discussions for client representation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance coverage litigation.
• Proven experience in handling complex commercial litigation cases.
• Ability to work independently and manage a substantial caseload.
• Proficient in client communication and engagement with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.

Certifications

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar.
