Duties:

• Draft and negotiate executive employment agreements.

• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation strategies in transactions.

Requirements:

• Ability to provide strategic legal counsel to clients on compensation and benefits-related matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Pennsylvania or eligibility for admission on waiver.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the jurisdiction of Pennsylvania.
