Job Overview:

The Senior Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel in mergers and acquisitions. This role involves leading the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, managing the deal process and client relationships, and overseeing junior associates.

Duties:

Requirements:

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission by motion.
