Duties:

  • Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and filings related to corporate transactions.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in due diligence investigations and the preparation of transactional documents.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to effectively manage client relationships and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • 4-7 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on securities.
  • Proven track record in handling complex corporate transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise excellent judgment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.

Education and Certifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
