Duties:

• Prepare and conduct trials, depending on experience.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage case files, including maintaining accurate records and adhering to court deadlines and procedures.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients.
• Conduct legal research and provide detailed analysis to support case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Demonstrate effective planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Prioritize workload and manage assignments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in civil and family law.
• Family law experience is a plus but not required.
• Member of the California State Bar in good standing.
