Senior Criminal Defense Attorney

Duties:

• Advise clients on their legal rights and draft necessary legal documentation
• Represent clients during pretrial hearings and offer strategic advice after each appearance
• Handle court appearances, trials, motion drafting, witness interviews, and legal research
• Analyze potential case outcomes by reviewing legal precedents and case law
• Manage a caseload efficiently while balancing multiple responsibilities
• Provide detailed legal analysis to help clients understand potential case outcomes
• Gather and prepare evidence to support the client’s defense or contest prosecution claims
• Prepare clients for depositions, set clear case goals, and collect critical information from witnesses and experts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in criminal defense law
• Proven experience managing complex cases at federal, state, and local levels
• Strong teamwork capabilities with a collaborative approach to strategy
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
