Associate Attorney - Litigation

A law firm in San Diego, CA, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented associate attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, with a preference for those with a background in bankruptcy and creditor rights. Duties:

• Represent clients in various civil litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes.

• Prepare and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Bankruptcy experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to represent clients effectively.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education:
