Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Bankruptcy experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to represent clients effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
