Duties:

  • Support mergers and acquisitions by providing legal guidance on IP and technology-related aspects.
  • Conduct due diligence and assess potential risks related to technology and IP assets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advice tailored to their needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting technology and intellectual property.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to ensure comprehensive legal support for clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of handling complex transactions and strategic commercial agreements.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
