Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal counsel on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transaction-related papers.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support client transactions and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee the due diligence process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored legal advice.
  • Represent clients in negotiations with regulatory agencies and other relevant parties.
  • Stay informed about changes in corporate, securities, and finance law to provide up-to-date guidance.
  • Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Applicable Bar admission required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and/or securities.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Proven ability to handle complex transactions and provide high-quality legal advice.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
