Associate Attorney needed for Oregon City office

Duties:

• Defend insurance companies in legal proceedings.
• Review, analyze, and draft discovery requests and subpoenas.
• Conduct depositions and assist in trial preparation.

• Attend court hearings and trials as required.
• Maintain accurate time records for billing purposes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Oregon is required; admission in Washington is a plus.
• 3-12 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance coverage law and defending insurance companies.
• Familiarity with motion practice and deposition procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal matters effectively.
