Duties

  • Manage and litigate cases involving trusts, estates, probate, and conservatorship matters.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

  • Collaborate with team members and clients to develop case strategies.
  • Handle court appearances, mediations, and depositions with confidence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-6 years of litigation experience, with emphasis on general litigation.
