Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and other relevant documents.
• Participate in court proceedings, mediation sessions, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Work with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff for efficient case management.
• Stay current with developments in family and civil law to offer innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law and civil litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
