Duties:

• Manage all aspects of business litigation cases, including pre-litigation analysis, client consultation, and trial representation.
• Draft and review key legal documents such as purchase-sale agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, loan agreements, and service contracts.
• Handle employment law matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, non-compete issues, and disputes related to FMLA, severance agreements, and breach of contract.
• Represent clients in trial and arbitration proceedings, ensuring compliance with both Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Lead case preparation and collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Active Colorado Bar License.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business litigation, with a strong background in corporate and employment law.
• Proven experience handling first-chair trial or arbitration cases, with at least 5 trials under your belt.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with an ability to draft complex legal documents clearly and precisely.
• Detail-oriented and capable of independently managing a caseload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Colorado Bar License (Required).
