A law firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney. An active Bar license in California is preferred.

Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation cases from initial filing through trial and appeals.
• Draft, review, and manage complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and arguments.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in coordination with senior attorneys and clients.
• Attend and participate in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and developments.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case preparation and management.
• Stay updated on legal trends and developments in commercial litigation to provide informed counsel.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters independently.
• Active Bar license in California is preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
