Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases with empathy and professionalism.
• Evaluate new client case details and determine legal strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal protocols while clients undergo medical treatment.
• Negotiate settlements and oversee the final disbursement process.
• Manage and lead case developments from inception through resolution.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar or pending Character & Fitness review.
• Previous experience in plaintiff personal injury law is preferred.
• Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on negotiation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Professional demeanor and ability to build strong client relationships.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Arizona State Bar membership or awaiting Character & Fitness approval.
