Finance Restructuring Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Handle secured lending transactions and business bankruptcy matters.
• Draft and review legal documents related to finance restructuring.
• Provide legal advice and strategy for clients in financial distress.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing to team projects.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in secured lending transactions or business bankruptcy.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative and solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
