Job Overview: A law firm in Brunswick, GA, is seeking a skilled Litigating Personal Injury Attorney to manage and represent clients in Personal Injury cases, ensuring effective communication, negotiation, and litigation strategies.

Duties:

• Evaluate the merits of Personal Injury cases.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Handle medical reviews and negotiate settlements as required.
• Manage a large caseload efficiently.
• Develop litigation strategies and conduct discovery.
• Open new case files and create mitigation plans.
• Represent clients in trials, if necessary.
• Interact with clients compassionately during challenging times.
• Lead and manage legal teams effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
• Strong understanding of Florida Personal Injury law.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Effective leadership skills to manage legal teams.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Determination to achieve optimal results for clients.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia (and Florida, if applicable).
• Certification in Personal Injury Law (desired).
