Briefing and Research Attorney

Duties:

• Assist trial attorneys by drafting discovery requests, responses, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct research and prepare for depositions and trial proceedings.
• Provide on-site support to trial attorneys during trial.
• Learn and apply techniques and strategies for personal injury case development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure case readiness.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Licensed attorney in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
