  • Address legal issues related to real estate contracts, loan documents, land surveys, and title insurance
  • Supervise legal staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a positive team-oriented environment
  • Dedicate efforts to meeting the needs of real estate clients and providing exceptional service
  • Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree with current licensure to practice law in North Carolina
  • 1-5 years of residential real estate experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of real estate title processes, including title examination and title insurance
  • Expertise in written and verbal communication
  • Experience overseeing title abstractor/paralegal work product
  • Exceptional decision-making and research skills
  • Ability to address legal issues related to real estate transactions and contracts

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • North Carolina Bar licensure (required)
