Job Overview:
A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to provide legal expertise across a variety of real estate matters. This includes advising on commercial and residential development projects, conducting survey and title reviews, handling real estate sales, financing, leasing, land transactions, property management, and resolving lease disputes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts related to real estate transactions.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on real estate matters, including commercial and residential development projects.
  • Conduct survey and title reviews for real estate transactions.
  • Assist in real estate sales, financing, leasing, and land sales.

Education:
