Senior Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate Attorney in Stamford, CT.

Job Overview:

The Senior Corporate Associate Attorney will primarily focus on mergers and acquisitions, leveraging extensive experience to lead drafting and negotiation processes, manage deal procedures and client interactions, supervise junior associates, and handle various M&A-related matters.

Duties:

• Lead the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents for mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage the entire deal process and maintain client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates.
• Handle day-to-day demands across a range of mergers and acquisitions matters.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of mergers and acquisitions experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of maturity and business sense.
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications (preferred):

• Admission to the Connecticut State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
