Duties

  • Handle complex transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies.
  • Manage tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.
  • Draft and negotiate documents related to energy finance and project development.
  • Collaborate with clients on strategic financing matters within the energy transition space.
  • Lead and support innovative energy transition financing deals.
  • Work closely with teams across multiple offices to provide high-quality legal services to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
  • Strong experience with tax equity and renewable energy tax credit transactions.
  • Excellent legal drafting and writing skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
