In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel on a variety of estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • An active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Knowledge and experience in estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active California Bar membership.
