Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and prosecute trademark applications and handle inter partes actions.
• Conduct IP due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide support in IP litigation matters.
• Draft and negotiate IP licensing agreements.
• Manage multiple IP projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
• Develop and implement creative solutions to complex IP issues.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property law.
• JD from an accredited law school.
