Associate Attorney Construction Law

A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its team in Farmington Hills, MI. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with at least four years of experience in construction law, particularly with large-scale projects. Duties

• Provide legal counsel and representation in construction law matters, including contract disputes, project issues, and construction-related claims.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to construction projects.
• Handle complex legal research and case analysis to support construction-related litigation.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals on case strategy and preparation.
• Represent clients in court and at hearings as needed, handling all aspects of case management.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing high-quality service and strategic advice.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends related to construction law.
• Work independently while collaborating with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction law, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Excellent academic credentials and a strong record of legal writing and research.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, litigation, and case management.

Education
