Duties:
Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Prepare legal agreements and contracts
Manage and oversee all phases of business litigation
Conduct in-depth legal research and provide legal counsel
File legal documents with courts and administrative bodies
Assist in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
Develop case strategies and provide tailored legal advice to clients
Participate in courtroom proceedings, hearings, and trial preparation
Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with senior attorneys, partners, and legal staff to achieve client objectives
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Georgia or eligible for admission
Strong legal writing and research skills with the ability to craft persuasive arguments
Confident negotiator comfortable handling disputes and advocating for clients
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal and factual issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interest in developing litigation skills through mentorship and training

Licensed to practice law in Georgia or eligibility for admission
