Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in commercial litigation, financial services litigation, bankruptcy, and debt collection litigation. The position offers flexibility with hybrid or fully remote options, though candidates must reside in Florida and hold a valid Florida bar license.

Location:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and prepare written reports.
• Respond to discovery requests and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings and provide legal representation.
• Participate in mediations to resolve disputes.
• Prepare for and attend trials as required.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in commercial litigation, financial services litigation, bankruptcy, and debt collection litigation.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proactive, responsible, and diligent in managing tasks.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida (Required).
• Florida federal court admission is strongly preferred.
