Job Overview:

Duties:

• Handle and manage financial transactions across the credit spectrum, including lending, structured finance, and other related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as loan agreements and security instruments.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of applicable laws and regulations impacting financial transactions.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience practicing finance law in a law firm or equivalent professional setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling general finance matters.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership and good standing with the Bar in Texas or eligibility to become a member.
