Job Overview

Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Manage discovery processes and document review
• Attend and represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and legal guidance
• Handle a diverse caseload with attention to detail and deadlines

Requirements

• A valid Florida Bar license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation (family law experience is a plus)

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
