Duties:

  • Assist with document review and analysis

  • Conduct depositions and attend court hearings in various counties and courthouses

Requirements:

  • Good standing with the Illinois Bar

  • Dual licensure in Missouri preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in litigation, particularly in Toxic Tort and Products Liability matters

  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

  • Deposition experience, preferably in Toxic Tort cases

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Illinois; Missouri licensure preferred
