Duties

• Work on complex mergers and acquisitions, providing counsel throughout the transaction process.

• Draft and review business contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business transactions.
• Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by fostering strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in business law, with a focus on transactions.
• Licensed to practice law in Indiana and in good standing.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
